I have completed Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of British Columbia in 2003. As part of my professional journey, I have worked both in private orthopedic practice and in-hospital acute and outpatient care settings. From 2007, I have focused clinical interest mainly on the pelvic floor and abdominal dysfunction, both female and male, pregnancy and postpartum health and paediatric clients.

Presently I work at On The Coast Physio, with the clinic locations both in Sechelt and in Vancouver, BC. Home visits are also available on Sunshine Coast, BC.

In the past I have worked at the BC Centre for Vulvar Health at Vancouver General Hospital, Vancouver, BC; the incontinence clinics at BC Women’s Hospital and Burnaby Hospital, the Prostate Cancer Supportive Care at VGH, Dayan Physiotherapy and Pelvic Floor Clinic (now Envision Physio) and Reformotiv Physio + Pilates; which provided me with an ongoing challenge and learning opportunities. ​

When not working with the clients, I enjoy my family, hiking, time spent both on the Sunshine Coast and in Vancouver, and company of my dog.
